Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — email care@lazia.in with your order number.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once the return is inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer free colour/size exchanges within 7 days subject to availability. Email care@lazia.in to initiate.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email care@lazia.in within 48 hours with photos — we'll send a replacement or full refund.
