1. General

Lazia is an online store selling hijabs and accessories. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other methods at checkout. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, which is RBI-compliant and PCI-DSS certified.

4. Shipping

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days. Lazia is not responsible for delays by courier partners.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Refunds are issued as store credit. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placing them. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
