At Lazia, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact
The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit
The wrong product was delivered

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued as store credit to your Lazia account. Store credit can be used on any future order on lazia.in.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Store credit does not expire and has no minimum usage requirement

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or phone. After this window, the order may have already been processed for dispatch and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled within the allowed window, the refund will be issued as store credit

Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. Lazia is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
