At Lazia, we understand that not everyone prefers to pay online. That’s why we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option across eligible pin codes in India.
How COD Works
- Add your favourite products to the cart and proceed to checkout
- Select Cash on Delivery as your payment method
- Confirm your order — no advance payment required
- Pay in cash when our courier partner delivers your order to your doorstep
COD Availability
- COD is available on orders across most locations in India
- Availability may vary depending on your pin code and delivery area
- COD eligibility will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address
COD Order Limit
- COD is available for orders up to ₹2,000
- For orders above this limit, online payment is required
Important Notes
- Please keep the exact change ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover
- COD orders that are refused or undeliverable due to customer unavailability may affect your eligibility for COD on future orders
- Cancellation of COD orders must be done within 5 hours of placing the order by contacting us at shahal.es@gmail.com or +91 9562346557
Refunds on COD Orders
If a COD order is returned or cancelled within the eligible window, the refund will be issued as store credit to your Lazia account, which can be used on any future purchase.
